You must submit one copy of this form to EACH of your referees. These referees should be senior academics closely connected with your most recent academic work. You must complete SECTION A and your referees must complete SECTION B. The referee will then need forward this form to ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï as per the instructions on the form.

PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR REFEREE TO RETURN THE FORM NO LATER THAN THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS SCHOLARSHIP. ALONG WITH YOUR SUBMITTED APPLICATION, YOU WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WHEN ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON TIME.

You must provide evidence supporting the above criteria in your online application. Please refer to the Scholarship Application Supporting Documents for a detailed list of examples.

Unanswered application questions or claims without supporting documentation will not be assessed. Late applications/supporting documentation will not be accepted.

½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï reserves the right not to award a scholarship, where there is no applicant of sufficient merit, or if the applicant does not meet the scholarship eligibility and/or selection criteria.
